चाकण : औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम १९४७, च्या विविध तरतुदींचे भंग प्रकरणी कंपनीविरुद्ध फौजदारी गुन्हे दाखल करावा अशी मागणी भारत फोर्ज एम्प्लॉईज युनियन, चाकण यांनी केली आहे.
याबाबत युनियन सेक्रेटरी रवी हगवणे यांनी माहिती दिली कि, भारत फोर्ज लिमिटेड चाकण या कंपनीने १८ ऑगस्ट २०२० रोजी पासून १६६ कामगारांना ले ऑफ दिला आहे. कामगारांना ले-ऑफ देण्यापूर्वी शासनाची परवानगी कंपनीने घेणे गरजेचे असताताना हि परवानगी घेण्यात आली नाही. त्यामुळे औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम १९४७ च्या कलम २५ एम मधील तरतुदींचा कंपनीने भंग केला आहे. कंपनीची हे कृती बेकायदा व अनुचित कामगार प्रथेचा अवलंब करणारी आहे. तसेच कंपनी व युनियन यांच्यातील विवाद औद्योगिक न्यायालय पुणे यांच्यापुढे प्रलंबित आहे. अशा परिस्थितीत कंपनीला कामगारांच्या सेवाशर्थी मध्ये एकतर्फी बदल करता येणार नाही.
औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम १९४७ मधील विविध तरतुदींच्या भंग व अपराध प्रकरणी या कायद्यातील कलम २५ Q, २५ T, २५ U, २९ व ३१ मधील तरतुदीनुसार कंपनीविरुद्ध कामगार अपर आयुक्त यांनी त्यांच्या अधिकारात फौजदारी गुन्हे दाखल करावेत अशी मागणी भारत फोर्ज एम्प्लॉईज युनियन चाकण यांनी केली आहे.

Chakan: The Bharat Forge Employees' Union, Chakan, has demanded that criminal charges be filed against the company for violating various provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
Union Secretary Ravi Hagwane informed that, Bharat Forge Limited Chakan has laid off 166 workers since August 18, 2020. This permission was not obtained as the company had to get the permission of the government before giving lay-off to the workers. Therefore, the company has violated the provisions of Section 25M of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. This action of the company is illegal and unethical. Also, the dispute between the company and the union is pending before the Industrial Court, Pune. In such a case, the company cannot make unilateral changes in the terms of service of the workers.
Bharat Forge Employees Union Chakan has demanded that the Additional Commissioner of Labour should file criminal cases against the company as per the provisions of Sections 25Q, 25T, 25U, 29 and 31 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
