इतिहासात प्रथमच आंतरराष्ट्रीय कामगार परिषद ऑनलाइन, वर्षभरात त्या दोन विभागांत विभागल्या जातील.
जिनिव्हा - कोविड-१९ च्या संसर्गजन्य रोगाच्या काळामध्ये १०९ वी आंतरराष्ट्रीय कामगार परिषद (आयएलसी) झाली.
२० मे २०२१ रोजी संयुक्त राष्ट्रांच्या कार्यालयात आणि जिनिव्हामधील इतर आंतरराष्ट्रीय संस्थांमध्ये मोरोक्कोच्या राज्याचे राजदूत आणि स्थायी प्रतिनिधी ओमर झनिबर यांना परिषदेचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून निवडले गेले. त्यांनी आपल्या निवडणूकीचे वर्णन आपल्या देशासाठी आणि आफ्रिकन प्रदेशासाठी “आत्मविश्वासाचे स्रोत” (“a source of pride” ) म्हणून वर्णन केली.
“जसे म्हटले जाते कि, आंतरराष्ट्रीय कामगार परिषद ही कामगारांची जागतिक संसद आहे, ज्यात सरकारे, मालकांच्या आणि कामगार संघटनांच्या सदस्य देशांच्या संघटना सामाजिक आणि कामगार मुद्द्यांविषयी तसेच त्यासंबंधित बाबींविषयी त्रिपक्षीय चर्चा करण्याची एक अनोखी संधी असते” असे ते म्हणाले.
पुढे ते म्हणाले कि, “या वर्षी, आमची परिषद एक विशेष स्वरूप घेते आणि विशेषतः महत्त्वपूर्ण आहे, कारण आपल्या सर्वांना चांगलेच ठाऊक आहे. हे सांगण्याची गरज नाही की आम्ही पुढच्या काही आठवड्यांत हाती घेतलेल्या कामात आणि या वर्षाच्या शेवटी आमचे अधिवेशन पुन्हा सुरू झाल्यावर मोठ्या अपेक्षा ठेवल्या गेल्या आहेत. त्या दृष्टीने आमच्या कार्याचे मार्गदर्शन करण्यासाठी मी माझ्या उप अध्यक्ष सोबत एकत्रितपणे सर्वतोपरी प्रयत्न करेन आणि ही परिषद सर्वांसाठी यशस्वी होईल हे सुनिश्चित मी कोणतीही कसर सोडणार नाही.”
आयएलओचे महासंचालक, गाय रायडर यांनी आयएलसी सुरू होण्याचे आणि नव्याने निवडलेल्या परिषदेच्या अध्यक्षांनी बजावलेल्या महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिकेचे स्वागत केले.
अधिवेशनात तीन कॉन्फरन्सचे उपाध्यक्षही निवडले गेले: बार्बाडोसचे चाड ब्लॅकमॅन, शासकीय गटाचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणारे; मालकांच्या गटाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करणारे अमेरिकेचे रॉनी गोल्डबर्ग; आणि कामगारांच्या गटाचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणारे झांबियाचे अ‍ॅनेट चिपलेमे.
परिषदेचा पहिला भाग ७ जून रोजी अधिवेशन चालू होऊन १९ जून पर्यंत राहील यामध्ये संचालक मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष आणि महासंचालक यांच्या अहवालांची चर्चा, आयएलओचा कार्यक्रम आणि २०२२-२३ चे बजेट , सामाजिक संरक्षणावरील वारंवार चर्चा , आणि कोविड-१९ मुळे विविध देशांमधील पडलेला परिणाम, चर्चेदरम्यान कामगार मानकांच्या वापरावरील अहवालांचा विचार केला जाईल.
परिषदेचा दुसरा विभाग २५ नोव्हेंबर ते ११ डिसेंबर या कालावधीत होणार आहे ज्यात अजेंडा आहे ज्यात विषमता आणि कामाच्या जगावर विषयावर चर्चा तसेच कौशल्य आणि आयुष्यभराचा अभ्यास यांचा समावेश आहे.

For the first time, the International Labor Organization Conference online
For the first time in history, the International Labor Council will be divided into two sections throughout the year, online.
GENEVA - The 109th International Labor Conference (ILC) was held during the Covid-19's contagious disease.
On 20 May 2021, Omar Zannibar, Morocco's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva, was elected President of the Council. He described his election as a "source of pride" for his country and for the African region.
"As the saying goes, the International Labor Council is a global parliament of workers, with a unique opportunity for governments, employers and trade union member states to have a tripartite discussion on social and labor issues, as well as related issues," he said.
He went on to say, "This year, our conference takes on a special shape and is especially important, as we all know. Needless to say, great expectations have been placed on the work we have undertaken over the next few weeks and when our convention resumes later this year. I will work with my Vice President to guide our work in that direction and I will spare no effort to ensure that this conference is a success for all. ”
Guy Ryder, Director General of the ILO, welcomed the launch of the ILC and the important role played by the newly elected President of the Council.
The convention also elected vice-presidents of three conferences: Chad Blackman of Barbados, representing the governing group; Ronnie Goldberg of the United States representing the group of owners; And Annette Chipleme of Zambia, representing a group of workers.
The first part of the conference will be held on June 7 and will continue till June 19. Reports on usage will be considered.
The second session of the conference will take place from November 25 to December 11 and has an agenda that includes discussions on inequality and the world of work, as well as skills and lifelong learning.
