अंबड : येथील कोसो इंडिया प्रायव्हेट इंडिया लिमिटेड (Koso India Pvt. Ltd) कंपनीचे व्यवस्थापन व असोसिएशन ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग वर्कर्स युनियन यांच्यात सकारात्मक चर्चा होऊन पगारवाढीचा त्रैवार्षिक करार सह्या करण्यात आल्या. ही पगारवाढ १ एप्रिल २०२० ते ३१ मार्च २०२३ कालावधी पर्यंत लागू होईल.
वेतनवाढ करार पुढील प्रमाणे :
करार तीन वर्षासाठी (१ एप्रिल २०२० ते ३१ मार्च २०२३) रुपये १०,५००/- इतकी पगार वाढ
- पहिल्या वर्षी : ६,३००/-
- दुसऱ्या वर्षी : २,१००/-
- तिसऱ्या वर्षी : २,१००/-
मेडिक्लेम पॉलिसी रु.४ लाख
विविध सुविधा यामध्ये :
रात्रपाळी भत्ता, हजेरी भत्ता, पेड हॉलिडे या सुविधा देण्यात आल्या.
त्याचबरोबर ४ कामगारांच्या मुलांना शैक्षणिक पात्रता व कौशल्यानुसार २ कामगार मुलांना कायम करणे तर २ कामगारांचे मुले प्रशिक्षणार्थी म्हणून असतील
एच.आर. राजन भंडारे सर तसेच युनियन तर्फे असोसिएशन ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग वर्कर्स युनियनचे भूषण सामंत, सरचिटणीस संजय कोळवणकर, उपाध्यक्ष वर्गीस चाको, कामगार प्रतिनिधी विजय महाले, भास्कर सुरुडे, राजू काळबांडे, परसराम अंबारे यांच्यासह कामगार व अधिकारी वर्ग उपस्थित होता.
या झालेल्या वेतनवाढ करारामुळे कामगार यांच्या मध्ये आनंदाचे वातावरण होते, कामगार संघटनेच्या वतीने यानिमित्त अनाथालयामध्ये जाऊन मिठाई वाटप करून आनंदोत्सव साजरा केला.
Koso India Pvt. Ltd. concludes pay hike agreement
Ambad: After a positive discussion between the management of Koso India Pvt. Ltd. and the Association of Engineering Workers Union, a three-year salary increase agreement was signed. The pay hike will be effective from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023.
The increment agreement is as follows:
Salary increase of Rs. 10,500 / - for three years (1st April 2020 to 31st March 2023)
- First year : 6,300 / -
- Second year : 2,100 / -
- Third Year : 2,100 / -
Mediclaim policy Rs. 4 lakhs
Various facilities include:
Facilities like night allowance, attendance allowance, paid holiday were provided.
At the same time, according to the educational qualifications and skills of the children of 4 workers maintaining 2 workers children as a Permanant and while 2 workers children will be as trainees
At this time Managing Director Gaurav Gupta, Chief Manager Production Dinesh Dalvi, H.R. Rajan Bhandare Sir and from Union side Bhushan Samant of Association of Engineering Workers Union, General Secretary Sanjay Kolvankar, Vice President Varghese Chacko, Labor Representative Vijay Mahale, Bhaskar Surude, Raju Kalbande, Parasram Ambare and other workers were present.
Due to this wage increase agreement, there was an atmosphere of happiness among the workers. On behalf of the trade union, they went to the orphanage and distributed sweets to celebrate the occasion.
