कमिन्स इंडिया लिमिटेड (Cummins India Limited) कोथरूड, पुणे येथे वेतनवाढ करार संपन्न

पुणे : कोथरूड,पुणे येथील कमिन्स इंडिया लिमिटेड (Cummins India Limited) कंपनी व किर्लोस्कर कमिन्स एम्प्लाॅईज युनियन यांच्यात सकारात्मक चर्चा होऊन १४ मे २०२१ रोजी अक्षयतृतीयेच्या शुभ मुहूर्तावर सह्या करण्यात आल्या. ही पगारवाढ १ ऑक्टोबर २०१९ ते ३० सप्टेंबर २०२२ कालावधी करता असेल. 

वेतनवाढ करार पुढील प्रमाणे : 

करार तीन वर्षासाठी (१ ऑक्टोबर २०१९ ते ३० सप्टेंबर २०२२) रु. २१,६३५/- इतकी पगार वाढ

पहिल्या वर्षी  : १७,८८५/-
दुसऱ्या वर्षी   :  १,८७५/-
तिसऱ्या वर्षी  :  १,८७५/-

  • बेसिकमध्ये ६०% (९००० +११२५ +११२५ = ११,२५०/-)

  • हजेरी बक्षीस (६,५००/- ते २९,०००/-)

  • इन्सेंटिव्ह मध्ये वाढ ( ४४४/- )

  • १ दिवस जादा पगारी सुट्टी

  • मुलांना स्कॉलरशिपमध्ये १०% वाढ

  • पेन्शनमध्ये वाढ 

  • सेवानिवृत्त होताना १,००,०००/- रोख

  • ऑन ड्युटी निधन  १,००,०००/- रोख

  • सेवानिवृत्तीनंतर मेडिकल सुविधा २,००,०००/-

  • मॅरेज लोन ५% - १,००,०००/-

  • नाईट शिफ्ट अलाउंस ४०/-

       यावेळी व्यवस्थापन प्रतिनिधी- मंदार देव, अमित पाटील, शिरीष भिडे, सुशिल बेंडाळे ,रमेश कुलकर्णी, जेनी कौल मॅडम, तुषार तेजावत, सौमित्र मलहोत्रा, मुकेश ओसवाल तर युनियन प्रतिनिधी- अध्यक्ष महेंद्र बालवडकर, जनरल.सेक्रेटरी नामदेव चव्हाण, उपाध्यक्ष सुधीर बाप्पू सरोदे, विजय भिलारे, प्रविण दरेकर,प्रमोद पाटील, वसंत कुल,संजय माने, दशरथ करंजावणे, दिगंबर पोकळे, गणेश सावंत उपस्थित होते.

यावेळी सह कामगार आयुक्त चेतन जगताप यांनी संदेश देऊन दोन्ही बाजूच्या प्रतिनिधींचे स्वागत करून अभिनंदन केले. युनियन सल्लागार अ‍ॅड.आर.बी.शरमाळे यांनी कौतुक केले

करोना च्या सावटाखाली साधक बाधक सर्व समावेशक करार संपन्न झाला. या झालेल्या वेतनवाढ करारामुळे कामगार वर्गामध्ये एकीचे आणि आनंदाचे वातावरण आहे. कामगार संघटनेच्या वतीने यानिमित्त मिठाई वाटप करून आनंदोत्सव साजरा केला.

Pune: Cummins India Limited in Kothrud, Pune and Kirloskar Cummins Employees Union had a positive discussion and signed on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya on 14th May 2021. This salary increase will be for the period from 1st October 2019 to 30th September 2022.

The increment agreement is as follows:

Agreement for three years (1 October 2019 to 30 September 2022) Rs. Salary increase of Rs. 21,635 / -

First Year: 17,885 / -

Second Year: 1,875 / -

Third Year: 1,875 / -

  • 60% in Basic (9000 + 1125 + 1125 = 11,250/-)

  • Attendance Rewards (6,500/- to 29,000/-)

  • Increase in Incentive (444/-)

  • 1 day extra paid leave

  • 10% increase in scholarships for children

  • Increase in pension

  • 1,00,000 / - cash on retirement

  • Death on duty 1,00,000/- cash

  • Medical facilities after retirement 2,00,000 / -

  • Marriage Loan 5% - 1,00,000 / -

  • Night Shift Allowance 40/-

   At this time Management Representative Mandar Deo, Amit Patil, Shirish Bhide, Sushil Bendale, Ramesh Kulkarni, Jenny Kaul Madam, Tushar Tejawat, Soumitra Malhotra, Mukesh Oswal and Union Representative Mahendra Balwadkar, General Secretary Namdev Chavan and Vice President Sudhir Bappu Sarode. Vijay Bhilare, Pravin Darekar, Pramod Patil, Vasant Kul, Sanjay Mane, Dashrath Karanjawane, Digambar Pokale, Ganesh Sawant were present.

All-inclusive agreement was reached under the auspices of Corona. The wage agreement has created an atmosphere of unity and happiness in the working class. On behalf of the trade union, sweets were distributed on the occasion.
