मुंबई : काही वृत्तपत्रांमध्ये व समाज माध्यमांमध्ये अशी बातमी पसरविली जात आहे की, स्थलांतरित कामगार व कोविड साथीच्या रोगाने त्रस्त असलेल्या इतर नागरिकांसाठी तात्पुरती शिधापत्रिका देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे व त्यासाठी ॲप तयार करण्यात येत आहे. याबाबत अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण विभागाने खुलासा केला आहे की, राज्य शासन किंवा केंद्र शासन यांच्या पातळीवर अशाप्रकारचा कोणताही निर्णय घेण्यात आलेला नाही. त्यामुळे नागरिकांनी अशाप्रकारच्या कोणत्याही अफवांवर विश्वास ठेवू नये असे आवाहन सरकारने केले आहे.
महाराष्ट्र शासन सद्य:स्थितीत माहे मे आणि जून २०२१ साठी सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्थेंतर्गत नियमित आणि प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजनेंतर्गत मोफत धान्य वाटपाकरिता धान्य उचल आणि वितरण करीत आहे. या योजनांसह, राज्य शासन १४ दुष्काळग्रस्त जिल्ह्यांमध्ये राज्य पुरस्कृत एपीएल (केशरी) शेतकरी योजना देखील राबवित आहे. राज्य शासनामार्फत केंद्र सरकारच्या “एक देश एक रेशन कार्ड” योजनेंतर्गत महाराष्ट्रात राहणाऱ्‍या इतर राज्यांतील लाभार्थींना आंतरराज्य पोर्टेबिलिटीची सुविधा देखील उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आली आहे.
या योजनेतंर्गत महाराष्ट्रातील ६ हजार ६५१ शिधापत्रिकांवरील लाभार्थींनी बाहेरील राज्यांमध्ये धान्याची उचल केली आहे. तसेच इतर राज्यातील ३ हजार ८५० शिधापत्रिकाधारकांनी महाराष्ट्रात धान्याची उचल केली आहे. माहे एप्रिल, २०२० ते मार्च, २०२१ या कालावधीत ९४.५६ लक्ष शिधापत्रिकाधारकांनी जिल्हांतर्गत पोर्टेबिलिटी सुविधाद्वारे अन्नधान्याचा लाभ घेतला आहे. राष्ट्रीय अन्नसुरक्षा योजनेच्या पात्र लाभार्थींना वेळेवर अन्नधान्य मिळावे यासाठी अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील सर्व कार्यालये संपूर्ण आठवडा कार्यरत आहेत.

MUMBAI: Some newspapers and social media are reporting that a decision has been taken to issue temporary ration cards to migrant workers and other citizens suffering from the Covid epidemic and an app is being developed for it. In this regard, the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection has revealed that no such decision has been taken at the level of state government or central government. Therefore, the government has appealed to the citizens not to believe any such rumors.
The Government of Maharashtra is currently picking up and distributing foodgrains for the month of May and June 2021 under the regular public distribution system and free foodgrains under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. Along with these schemes, the state government is also implementing state sponsored APL (Orange) Farmers Scheme in 14 drought affected districts. The state government has also provided inter-state portability facility to the beneficiaries from other states living in Maharashtra under the central government's "One Country One Ration Card" scheme.
Under this scheme, the beneficiaries of 6 thousand 651 ration cards in Maharashtra have picked up food grains in foreign states. Also, 3,850 ration card holders from other states have picked up foodgrains in Maharashtra. During the period from April, 2020 to March, 2021, 94.56 lakh ration card holders have availed foodgrains through portability facility in the district. All the offices under the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection are working all week to ensure timely delivery of foodgrains to the eligible beneficiaries of the National Food Security Scheme.
