पुणे : देशात कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव वाढत असताना हे संक्रमण रोखण्यासाठी तसेच कंपनीतील कामगार, कर्मचारी यांना सुरक्षित वातावरण व मदत करण्यासाठी कंपन्या पुढे येत आहेत यामध्ये बजाज ऑटो यांनीही कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी मोठा निर्णय घेतला आहे. यामध्ये कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी वेगवेगळ्या आर्थिक मदतीच्या आणि इतर सुविधांबाबतच्या घोषणा करण्यात आल्या आहेत. ज्या कर्मचाऱ्यांचा कोरोनामुळे मृत्यू झाला आहे, त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांना दोन वर्षासाठी त्यांच्या कंपनीकडून पगार दिला जाईल. शिवाय या मृत कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठीचा खर्च देखील कंपनी उचलणार आहे.
घोषणा पुढील प्रमाणे :
एखाद्या कर्मचाऱ्याचा करोनामुळे दुर्दैवी मृत्यू झाल्यास त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांना २ वर्षांपर्यंत त्याचा पगार कुटुंबाला दिला जाईल.
कर्मचाऱ्याच्या दोन मुलांच्या शिक्षणाचा खर्च देखील बजाज ऑटो करणार असून १२ पर्यंतच्या शिक्षणासाठी १ लाख रुपये तर पदवीचं शिक्षण घेत असलेल्या मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी ५ लाखांचा खर्च करण्यात येणार आहे.
कर्मचाऱ्यावर अवलंबून असणाऱ्या संपूर्ण कुटुंबासाठी मेडिकल इन्शुरन्स कालावधी ५ वर्षांपर्यंत करण्यात आला आहे.
कोरोना विषाणून संसर्गाच्या काळात आम्ही आमच्या सर्व कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या सुरक्षेसाठी सर्व काळजी घेत आहोत. कोरोनापासून सुरक्षा होण्यासाठीच्या सुविधा, टेस्टिंग आणि रुग्णालय सुविधा, कोरोना लसीकरण शिबीर अशा प्रकारचे उपक्रम राबवत आहोत, असं बजाजनं म्हटलं आहे.

Pune: As the prevalence of corona is increasing in the country, companies are coming forward to prevent this infection as well as to provide a safe environment and help to the workers and employees in the company.
In this, Bajaj Auto has also made a big decision for the employees. It includes announcements of various financial assistance and other facilities for the employees. The families of the employees who have died due to corona will be paid by their company for two years. The company will also bear the cost of educating the children of the deceased employees.
The announcement follows :
In case of unfortunate death of an employee due to Corona, his salary will be paid to his family for 2 years.
Bajaj Auto will also pay for the education of the two children of the Employees, Rs 1 lakh for education up to 12 years and Rs 5 lakh for the education of children pursuing degree.
The medical insurance period is extended to 5 years for the entire dependent family.
