भारतीय कामगार सेनेचे अध्यक्ष, खासदार अरविंद सावंत यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली भारतीय कामगार सेनेने बिस्लेरी इंटरनॅशनल प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड (Bisleri International Pvt Ltd) या कंपनी मध्ये वेतनवाढ करार केला.
वेतनवाढ करार पुढील प्रमाणे :
- तीन वर्षांचा हा वेतन करार असून १० हजार ७०० रुपयांची वाढ
- कायम आणि कंत्राटी कामगार व त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांसाठी कोविडकवच पॉलिसी अंतर्गत प्रत्येक सदस्यामागे तीन लाख रुपयांचे विमा कवच
- कोरोनामुळे एखाद्या कर्मचाऱयाचा मृत्यू झाल्यास त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांना देय असलेल्या आर्थिक लाभाव्यतिरिक्त तीन वर्षांचा पगार अर्थ सहाय्य देण्यात येणार
या वेतन करारावर स्वाक्षरी करताना संचालक पराग बेंगाली, मकरंद परब, भारतीय कामगार सेनेच्या वतीने उपाध्यक्ष अजित साळवी, मोहन ठाकूर, जयवंत थिटे, कृष्णकांत कदम, प्रदीप दळवी, अजय पाठक, अविनाश आंबरे उपस्थित होते.

The Bharatiya Kamgar Sena, led by its president, MP Arvind Sawant, signed a wage increase agreement with Bisleri International Pvt Ltd.
The increment agreement is as follows:
- This is a three year wage agreement with an increase of Rs. 10,700
- An insurance cover of Rs. 3 lakh per member under the Covidkavach policy for permanent and contract workers and their families.
- In case of death of an employee due to corona, three years salary financial assistance will be given to his family in addition to the financial benefits payable.
Director Parag Bengali, Makrand Parab, Vice President Ajit Salvi, Mohan Thakur, Jaywant Thitte, Krishnakant Kadam, Pradip Dalvi, Ajay Pathak and Avinash Amber were present while signing the pay agreement.
